I have added a history fuction to the Essex Ratings so that players can monitor their improvements
The ratings will be captured every 2 months on the following dates

1st Sep, 1st Nov, 1st Jan, 1st Mar, 1st May, 1st Jul

Players will be deemed inactive and removed from the Essex Rating list if they do not have any rated games
submitted in a consecutive 6 month period.

There will be 3 ways to achieve an Essex Title

1. Outright on Rating
